无资料地区水文预测(PUB)问题一直是国际水文的研究热点,而山丘区无资料小流域的PUB更是其中的难点。本文选取资料条件相对丰富的江苏省北部的黑林与南部的横山水库两个代表性的山丘区小流域,通过考虑前30天降雨量和增加CN值分级,对SCS模型的常数项进行修正,得到适用于江苏省山丘区小流域的SCS产流模型;与基于地形地貌参数的Nash汇流模型结合,构建了山丘区小流域的SCS-Nash水文模型,并选取江苏中部的中田舍小流域进行验证。结果表明,构建的SCS-Nash模型具有较好的适用性,可为研究区域小流域的PUB问题提供参考。

The problem of Hydrological Prediction (PUB) in the area without data has always been a research hotspot in the world, and the pub in the small watershed without data in the hilly area is the difficulty. Two representative small watersheds, Heilin in the north of Jiangsu Province and Hengshan Reservoir in the south of Jiangsu Province, are selected, and the constant term of SCS model is modified by considering the first 30 days rainfall and increasing CN value classification, so as to obtain SCS production model suitable for Small Watersheds in the hills of Jiangsu Province. Combined with the Nash concentration model based on topography and geomorphology parameters, the mountain is constructed SCS Nash hydrological model of small watershed in hilly area was used to verify the model. The results show that the SCS Nash model has a good applicability, which can provide a reference for the study of pub problem in small watershed.
